Doodlez Press, llc is owned and operated by Debby Alighire. Doodlez Press, llc is the creator of SavetheDateStickers, the matching stickers and an entire line of invitations all of which are manufactured from raw stock in house.

 

In 2004, SavetheDateStickers was born. Basically, Debs dentist had a business reminder card with a tooth and she thought, I want a cake reminder sticker to send out with my invitations! The initial idea wasn't even meant to be sent as a SavetheDate. It was meant to actually function as a physical reminder card that is sent out with the invitation. Our first product was a print at home card which we still sell today.  Its an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet with 10 perforated business sized cards. The new product is a 4.25"X5.5" sized card made of a much thicker stiffer label stock. Now we have over 1 hundred designs, equipment and a full line of matching labels and invites.

Bulk Stock

Opening order for Bulk stock is $300. Minimum of 6 boxes per part number. Shipping is free Buy 9 of any part number and get the 10th pack for free.

Blank SavetheDateStickers cards - Boxed 10 packs are $3.00 per / suggested retail is $5.99 per box      

Fill-In Invite 10 packs - #3.00 per / suggested retail is $5.99 per hang bag

Custom Designs TOP

Custom Design work is available upon request.  Please call 888.272.5111 ext 0.  Often I'm working on many new designs that have not been posted yet. . . so something may already be available

 

For color changes to designs available see Make It Custom.  This service is free.

For a completely new design $50 per hour and is depends on the complexity of the design.  Sometimes I'm willing to do the design for free because I was planning on adding something similar to the line.


Timing & Proofing TOP

Your card is layed out by a person using Adobe Illustrator. Don't worry about spacing and text size, we will make sure your card looks great. Your order form is really just an initial communication tool and not linked to any type of card printing system. If our initial layout doesn't suite your taste alterations can be made during the proof approval process. The order you placed through the website will not be updated with your new text or change. We will go by the actual print image that you view and approve in the proofing system. 2 proofs are provided free of charge. Additional proofs can be purchased. We won't ship a card order with out your proof approval first.
Samples can be purchased both blank or custom printed samples. Just choose what you want from the Product Options drop down menu.

PLEASE consider that the Proof Process is EXTREMELY CRITICAL! It is imperative that you check your proof carefully and completely, particularly in regards to spelling and punctuation. If you are distracted or pressed for time when viewing your proof, we suggest that you delay approval until you have more time to go over the proof thoroughly. Errors that are found after printing, are the sole responsibility of the customer. By approving the proof, you are agreeing to this policy.

Proofing takes about 2- 4 business days. For detailed proof timing please refer to Proof Timing below.

Damaged Product TOP

We ensure that all orders are complete prior to leaving our facility. Regardless, please check your order upon receipt; in the rare event your order is “incomplete” or if damage has occurred, we must be notified within 5 business days from the date of delivery.


Typos & Returns TOP

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized product.

While we strive to produce a high quality product, we acknowledge that it is difficult to tell the product quality by viewing an image on a monitor. Samples are available for every product, if you are uncertain about the colors or paper quality, we highly suggest that you order a sample before ordering a custom printed product.

In the event that an order was produced incorrectly due to an error entirely on our part, we will promptly reproduce the item(s) and ship them free of charge via ups ground. Expedited shipping will not be offered free of charge.

Additionally, there may be an occasion where you made a mistake during the ordering process in regards to the personalization that you did not catch in proofing. In this instance, we will offer a “one time” edit, and reproduce the item(s) at a 50% discount, not including shipping fees. All corrections must be submitted together / there are no additional proofs.


 

Cancellation Policy TOP

Our services are performed by real people who use their talents on each order. Therefore, as a condition of purchase, and without exception, you agree that any order canceled after we begin work on the order will result in a $20 charge for the initial design to your credit card, and an additional $5 for each proof revision, if submitted. We act in good faith when we create customized orders - this fee is to cover the time necessary to create each product. Please note, that failing to respond to your proof (for any reason) within 20 days after the order is placed, will result in an automatic cancellation and fee.


 

Over Seas Orders TOP

We Ship overseas!

Right now the website is set up for a $3 handling fee.  The difference for over seas shipping will be added to the charge of your order.  No worries I'll check with you first before shipping.

For cost effectiveness we ship all over seas orders via the United States Postal Service unless a shipping request is posted.  I've found its the most cost effective way to ship.

All orders shipped to Canada are shipped via Standard UPS to Canada which increases the handling fee to $8.
